Vulqostrun

Here in all his glory sits Vulqostrun - Dark Lightning Storm, his name means, and of the many races of dovah that dominate the skies of Skyrim, he is of the more unknown breed - Strun-dov, Storm Dragons.

In the days of the Dragon Wars, Storm Dragons were Alduin's terror-wagers; among the few of their brethren capable of conjuring lightning, Storm Dragons were considered as dangerous as Ancients and Reds. Vulqostrun was no exception: faithful to the cause of his master, he slaughtered, tortured and killed for the sheer pleasure of it.

In the Fourth Age, when Vulqostrun was resurrected, it seemed that the terror of the Storm Dragons would befall Skyrim once more - until Alduin was vanquished in Sovngarde, and Paarthurnax's call sounded. Humbled, Vulqostrun eventually came to the Throat of the World and learned pity from Paarthurnax, and built a friendship with Odahviing that lasted until the end of that Age. This was, at least, his fate when the path of destiny was followed.

In the Fifth Age, however, when the Dragonborn turned and Alduin rose to power once more, Vulqostrun was instrumental in reestablishing the dominance of their brethren in Morrowind. Now in the Tyranny he serves again as once he did in the Dragon Wars. He is but one scourge of the Dunmer.
